To place a redeem request, navigate to the General Information section of your account, and click the Redeem option:
Click Redeem to place the request
Choose your payment method
Enter the amount you'd like to redeem
Enter the six-digit verification code to confirm the request
Follow the provided instructions to receive the payout
Once the redeem request is placed, you'll receive a confirmation to your email inbox.
Note that all redeem requests are typically processed within 24 hours after you have placed the request. And in certain cases may take up to 30 business days.
