This section allows you to review all purchase and redeem transactions you've performed in your account. Here you will find:
Purchases
ID - a special identification number linked to each purchase transaction you've made in your account.
Bundle info - detailed information about the type of bundle you have purchased
Update - date and time of the executed purchase
Status - reflects the current status of your purchase transaction
You can use these details to share with our Customer Support team in case you need assistance or any clarifications about your purchases.
Additionally you can click the 'Top up' button at the bottom of the section to open the Purchases section to review available bundle offers.
Redeem information

Bundle info - detailed information about the redeem transaction you've made
Update - date and time when you completed the redeem transaction
Status - reflects the current status of your redeem transaction
Note that all redeem requests are typically processed within 24 hours after you have placed the request. And in certain cases may take up to 30 business days.
